post viral nerve infection

Is it a classic case for one sided arm clumsiness (feeling of swelling in shoulder etc) to develop 5 days after the start of a viral infection which caused swolen lymph nodes, fever, sinus infection, congested chest, and body pains?   Does this likely indicate a nerve infection?     The right arm is also the side of my C-spine which has moderate spondylosis around C-5 but has never affected my arm before (only mild-moderate neck pain).      Does this sound the most likely answer to my condition?   If so, what is the best treatment?  Is there a drug to help me?   Does this sort of thing normally go away on its own?

Thanks.

The information you have supplied is insufficient for us to give you any firm recommendations or a diagnosis. It could be a post viral nerve inflammation.
I would suggest that you see a specialist and have investigations done including a new MRI of the cervical spine and perhaps the brain.

You need to go see your doctor about this. Nerves are really small okay, and to have just it inflamed, is not what you're looking at. If there is fluid buildup that might cause compression of a nerve. So get in to your MD.
