Concussion 5 montbs ago. Have dizzinwss, Is it my neck?

Concussion 5 months ago.  Had symptoms,  including slight dizziness, balance issues and nausea plus brain fog.  They went away after 5 weeks.  All of a sudden the slight dizziness has returned.  My BP is not too high, 140/85, but i just rcvd a c spine mri and it showed dessecation and 3 slightly bulging discs, c3,4 and 5. I have keretoconus but my eye doctor is one of the best on Sputhern Cal and we have been in top of this for 20 years. ..could my neck be causing all of this. I am seeing a PT AND phd Chiro as well for 2 months now.
