From breaking my neck in 1991

Before falling asleep my left arm and right arm often twitch and jump, which often keeps me awake all nite, but since being prescribed (mst) Zomorph 30mg twice a day it very rarely happens, can i ask, does anyone else have this happen to them, it is very rare for me to get this in my legs although it has happened a few times, but only in my left leg, thanks for reading this and i hope someone knows what it is and can help in any way, kind regards, :o)

my arm muscles used to twitch all the time from c5-6 nerve root compression.  I had a fusion done now they only twitch and jump  at night if I sleep on my back with my neck properly supported (needless to day I rarely sleep that way because it causes twitching and my hands to go numb from the elbow down)  My legs also twitch at night and I get severe cramps but Ive had three lower back surgeries and really only two of them worked. good luck.
