why do I get headaches after eating and wake up with headaches constantly?

There are many different types of headaches and different reasons for each. What causes headaches solely depends on the individual, the environment and other uncontrollable factors, but many times they are caused by "tension".
Tension headaches can be triggered by lack of adequate sleep, and much more. Most over the counter pain relievers can help minimize the pain of a tension headache, but for some individuals a high strength pain reducer may be necessary.
