hi im blinor im 19 old im basketball player in kosovo and this is my problem in  my left pelvis and i have pain and i cant play basketball and here medicin is not good im happy if any good doctor look this problem and answered to me :(

Well, it would be difficult to comment on the situation without a physical examination and probably a few tests. Aside issues with internal pelvic organs; likely possibilities that may need to be considered include skeletal defects, dislocations, fractures, ischaemia/ necrosis, mineralization defects, infections/ inflammations, trauma/ injuries etc. It would be best to get this evaluated by a primary care physician initially and depending on the cause suspected/ diagnosed, it can be managed accordingly or specialist care may be sought. You might consider traveling to nearby regions where medical facilities are available, since ignoring the symptoms could further complicate it.
