My L5 is almost touching my tailbone are almost touching on the back side of my spine. The pinching has caused me pain for 11 years now. The pain had been so persistent lately that I finally decided to see a chiropractor and the x-ray shows what was happening with my L5. I went to the chiropractor every day for a week and I felt like he wasn't doing anything to address the issue of where my pain is so I stopped going. How should I go about healing my back? Should I see a different chiropractor or see a normal doctor or just do something on my own?
