MRI Report Question

I recently had a MRI performed on my neck and back. I have the reports, but due to personal problems, I lost my Health Insurance and I was unable to return to the office and have them read back to me. There are many terms in the report that I do not understand, I was just looking for a professional opinion. Thanks in advance if you are able to explain these to me.

(Neck)
C3-4 has mild uncinate hypertropy w/o significant stenosis.
C4-5 has a concentric bulge and left greater than right unicnate hypertropy w/mild to moderate central canal and mild foraminal stenosis
C5-6 has a moderate right greater than left unicate spurs w/some posterior osteophytic ridging. This is in combination w/some diffuse canal stenosis result in moderate to severe central canal and right greater than left foraminal stenosis w/mild decreased AP diameter of the cord on the right.
At C6-7 there are bilateral uncinate spurs w/a more focal central and minimally left paracentral disc protrusion which may be partially surrounded by osteophyte indenting the cord in the left paracentral region. There is moderate to severe central canal stenosis at this level.
C7-T1 has a large right uncinate spur w/moderate canal and a right greater than left foraminal stenosis.
Impression: Cervical spondylosis and disc disease worse from C5-6 through C7-T1 including several more focal spurs or protrusions with areas of cord effacement and a cervical cord syrinx.

(Back)
T11-12 has a concentric bulge with osteophyte and mild canal stenosis.
T12-L1 has a concentric bulge with a broad based component more prominent far laterllay ont he left left. There is a 6mm nodular hypointensity on T2 images in the central and left para central region extending just inferior to the disc space effacing the thecal sac suspicious for an extruded disc fragment.
L1-2 has a mild bulge with mild canal stenosis.
L3-4 has a concentric bulge with facet hypertrophy with mild to moderate central canal stenosis.
L4-5 has a concentric bulge with facet hypertrophy with moderate canal and moderate severe bilateral foraminal stenosis.
L5-S1 has a concentric bulge with facet hypertrophy with mild canal and foraminal stenosis.
Impression: Lumbar spondylosis and multilevel stenosis. Suspected extruded disc fragment in the left paracentral region at T12-L1.

Sorry for the long reports and misspellings! Any thing you have to offer would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you,
Tammy

Please post what the neuro has to say. Sharing can help, even if it's not the best news. Vocational rehab.........re-training, or [hysical? If physical, probably won't help until the underlying causes are taken care of. Good luck, and ((((((((((hugs)))))))

Thank you for your comment. I am scheduled to meet with a Neurosurgeon sometime within the next 3 weeks. I am going through Vocational Rehabilitation. Yes, I am having numbness in my arms, hands and right leg. I lose grip with my hands while trying to open things, even holding things is tough. Maybe everything will get straightened out. Thank you again.

You have degenerative disc diseas. In several areas, like C6-7 the disc is pressing on your spinal cord. I expect you are having pins & needles, weakness, and pain. Sorry about the loss of your insurance, but I would recommend you see a neurosurgeon. If not treated, permanent nerve damage can occur.
