Nymph Node larger and constant.

I'm a 14 year old male. About three weeks ago I had gotten a sinus as well as a cold and fever at the same time. About 3-5 days before I got the sinus,I felt my neck and noticed I had a small lump. I asked my friend what it was and he told me it was a "Nymph Node" which prevented sinuses. I asked my parents which told me the same thing. It's been about three-four weeks after I had my sinus, cold, and fever. And I have noticed the nymph node has gotten much larger probably 2x the size it was before. I heard that a sinus remains two weeks after the symptoms are gone. But it has been three almost four. Should I get this checked out?
