Severe pain in sacroiliac joints when sitting in chair
I am 20 years old and have had pain in my sacroiliac joints for several months now. The most intense pain lately is when I sit in a chair for a while, or when I am driving for more than a short drive (in the sitting position). The pain is still present when walking--and usually involves other joints such as my hips, knees, etc. However, the most prevalent pain is in the sitting position.
(I am not pregnant, which is what I found when googling this symptom). I have other symptoms, but am curious as to what could be causing the severe pain in sacroiliac joints at my age?
