My shoulders have been stiff for a few days now and it makes the back of my head hurt then i get a really bad headache and it even make me feel like thowing up at times

I know the feeling my headaches are kinda like that to, sometimes a hot shower helps along with 3 alieve but not all ways, so I have a neurology appointment to see if I can get some help because I can't take these headaches any more the pain can be so bad and exhausting.
