I have a constant pain in my right shoulder. It only hurts when I am sitting still. When I start to move it around the pain goes away. Not only does the shoulder hurt, but my tricep has become so week that I cannot even do a push up. There is no strength left in my right arm. I can still do curls, so the bicep has maintained it's strength. Could this be a pinched nerve? If so, what can I do to get rid of it so that I can get back in the gym.
