Shoulder pain and weak tricep
I have a constant pain in my right shoulder.  It only hurts when I am sitting still.  When I start to move it around the pain goes away.  Not only does the shoulder hurt, but my tricep has become so week that I cannot even do a push up.  There is no strength left in my right arm.  I can still do curls, so the bicep has maintained it's strength.  Could this be a pinched nerve?  If so, what can I do to get rid of it so that I can get back in the gym.

Do you have any neck pain along with this? You should see an Neurologist and have an EMG to find out  the origin of this nerve dysfunction.
