Sternum pain in teenager

My 16 y/o daughter has been experiencing sternum pain for 3 years.  She is in pain all the time.  She has pectus excavatum mild-moderate and the pediatric thoracic surgeon could not positively attribute this to her pain and that surgery would help.  She has a 5-8degree of scoliosis and the orthopedic surgeon does not think this is the cause of her pain.  She was on a 2 month course of prevacid which did not help.  When her pain is a 5 or less, she is able to manage with OTC NSAIDS.  At times she takes either 800 mg of prescription Motrin or Naproxyn and if that doesn't work it is a shot of Tordal which usually works but has not this week.  She hurts to move, and breath deep.  Pain seems to be on the sternum and will be painful to palpate.  She also has the diagnosis of Paradoxical Vocal Fold Disorder which originally was diagnosed as asthma.  Activity does not increase the pain, she participated in track this spring and is a brown advance belt in Tae Kwon Do.  Stress does not seem to increase the pain since she will have this in the summer when she is not in school.  She is on Prozac for anxiety (which I was hoping would help with the pain) and Lo esterol for menstrual regulation.  She is not sexually active.  And NSAIDS.  She has had blood work for general panels bs, cbc etc, amalyase, h-pylori, Rheumatoid factor, sed rates, ANA and everything has come back normal.  She is a good student.  She is frustrated and I am frustrated.  A 16 y/o should not be in pain all the time.  Please help.
