T8 compression fracture-?trauma?lung related

I am 55 caucasian female, good health,lift weights for 25yrs at the gym,  no medications. I had a chest xray because of a recent incident of coughing up blood(but this only lasted 2hrs).
The xray showed a compression fracture of the T8

?Could this be related to a emergency thoracotamy I had in '85 for a hemothorax
? "                               " an assault where my ribs were cracked in 2005?
? "                                 " 2 minor whiplash car accidents approx 20yrs ago
I am menopausal, few symptoms so never took HRT
can i treat this with exercise/physical therapy? any supplements that might help?

i'm 45 and experiencing bak pain that varies from upper back pain to lower back pain. these symtoms (symptoms) had lasted over a month now.
Recently, i'm also experiencing digesting problems, specially after eating, feeling full and bloated.
what can it be.
