Upper Back Pain, headache, foot/leg numb

I've had upper back pain since a gallbladder surgery (year and a half ago).  My PCP thought they moved me too hard on the operating table.  I was given muscle relaxers and tramadol but it didn't help much.  Pain is now constant and sharper.  Pain is radiating to the base of my skull causing migraine type headache on left side..  Also my right leg and foot feels like pins and needles, mostly inner thigh and inner foot to big toe.

As a kid, I was told I had scoliosis but never did anything about it (it runs in my family).  Also, I've been taking depo provera shots for about 7 years.  I am 46 years old.

Any idea what this could be?  I currently don't have insurance but should soon.

I don't know how long you have to wait to get insurance, but if your pain gets worse, you should probably see someone.

I haven't seen a doctor about it in over a year.  I'm currently without insurance (got laid off from work).  Hope to get insurance soon.  Just wondering if this could be serious and I shouldn't wait for insurance.

Does your PCP think they might have injured a nerve? How bad is your Scoliosis, have you had a recent X-ray or MRI of the Cervical or Lumbar spine?
