Generally pressure in middle back that you feel after prolonged sitting is due to wrong posture causing neck and back strain. If you have a sitting job then you need to use a chair with good back and arm support. This will lift the pressure off the back and lower neck. Also, you must get up from time to time to stretch your back and do neck exercises. If still the pressure persists please consult your doctor. Take care!
