c spine bone spur, anterior "lipping" - weightlifting?
I went to see a chiropractor for tightness and mild pain in my neck. xrays showed a bone spur and some mild anterior lipping on c spine.  Chiropractic treatment is helping.

My question:  Does weightlifting help or aggravate these issues?  I use dumbells 30 pounds each, for overhead shoulder press.  Will weightlifting make things worse, or essentially have no impact on the condition in my neck?
