head clicks

ive been noticing that my head and neck make this crushing /grinding sound when i turn my head.i also get these headaches at times bt they eventually go away.and i have started getting this tingling sensation on the right side of my head.sometimes my nose makes this popping sound like i gave mucus bt in reality there is nothing. cud it be sinuses acting on me or anxiety?plz help koz am worried.am 19 yrs

ya i have been through major stress like all the time!kz am doing my finals in school and i thnk i have anxiety koz like i always think i have the worst of diseases!i went to an ent like 3 weeks back checked evrythng and said i was fine just an imbalance of pressure in my ear!this sound in my neck started like last year at the beginning but i was ignoring it until now where i thnk i have a brain tumour so am feeling totally messd up!!and at the moment my right ear is slightly blockd n i feel itchy in my nose and ear so i do thnk its my sinuses but am still majorly scard!!thanx for the advice.im planning 2 go do a full blood check after my exams!!my mum says thrz nuthn wrng wid me dat i jst thnk the worst all the time but cant help it!and she does have arthritis too but can u get it at a young age?

Hi nady,
have you been under stress lately?  Have you injured your neck recently?

I have arthritis in my neck and I get the crackling and popping sounds consistantly.  You couldhave a sinus infection too.  If this does not pass soon, contact your doctor.
Best wishes...don't worry...it'll only make you feel more stressed out  :)
