im 26 old and i got chronic back pack and more...but i like to someone to helpme with the mri

1)grade1-2 anterolisthesis of l5 upon s1 with suspected underlying bilateral spondylolysis at l5-s1
2) bilateral lateral recess and foraminal narrowing at l5-s1,severe on right and moderated to severe on the
left with close approximation of the correspondingl5 nerve roots in the foramen by disc material.
3)disc bulge and spondylosis at l5-s1 additionally appreciated
4)straightening of lumbar lordosis , which could indicate musculoligamentous spam or sprain.
