herniated disc L5 S1

I had lower back surgery (Herniated disc L5  S1)  6 months ago I been going to therapy for almost 4 months I was feeling ok as I was doing therapy but recently I stared having weekness on booth legs a little numbness all the way to my toes tenderness on my left side and swolness of my lower back even some times when I wake up my back is hurthing some times booth left and right sides of my lower back hurts , and many other things , My question is , what you think it my be happening ???

what kind of surgery did you have? and have you had another mri......
