I will certainly take your information and run with it. I was told that chiropractors were out of my life forever. I've been going since I was a young girl. I love getting adjustments, they make my whole being feel better. It would be awesome to be able to go again. I will check this information out thoroughly with my chiropractor and medical dr. I see my md on the 30th of this month. Thank you for your time and honesty. If this works out for my benefit, I will make sure everyone knows it was from your advice. only if it's alright with you of course. Have a wonderful week Dr. Sincerely, Lori
Consider doing some research on Upper Cervical Care.
It's a form of chiropractic (not general chiropractic) that can be performed on patients who've had neck surgery. A good patient education website is www.UpCspine.com - they also have a referral directory there for doctors in your area.
If it is something you decide to pursue, there are different correction techniques used within this specialty. In your case, focus on finding a Palmer Specific, Blair, NUCCA, Grostic or Atlas Orthoginal specialist - these are some of the safest techniques to use.
neck pain that goes up into my head and down my arms ( mainly left ) and into my mid back. I will be going for yet another mri as soon as our money situation gets better. My last one was over a year ago. I have more shifting of the plate in my neck and another bone spur. I'm more worried another disc is protruding just above the surgery area. The sharp pains make me believe that. All this **** sucks. Why can't someone find a sure fire cure for all this pain.
What type and where abouts is your pain? Have you had MRI lately?
