It depend...I suggest you to try inversion table which is good for bulging disc....if it's doesn't work,you should go to another doctor for second opinion.Take care!

I have the same problem and I've been dealing with this pain for over a year now. I was in a car accident though. If she hasn't already, I would suggest her going to a physical therapist, accupunturist, or even a chiropractor. All of these things can help. I've done a number of them, and my pain is being stubborn. Core strengthening helps too by doing yoga or palaties (sp?). Epiderals or Facet injections, if the pt doesnt work may be another step to take. Epiderals are usually injected into the disc with a steroid to help with the inflamation. It can help to decrease the pain.
