I'm not a doctor, but I have a lot of back issues and it sounds like it could be something putting pressurePressure ulcer on the nerves in your low back to me. I would go back to my pcp and ask her to order an MRI of that area - there are so many things it could be. Sometimes doctors blow things off and we patients have to be persistent. Good luck.
