lower back pain moving to testicles

I woke up new years day with somewhat moderate back pain that I just assumed was from sleeping uncomfortably. The pain continued for a while and I eventually saw a doctor a week and a half later. She told me it's just lower back pain that most people get once in their life and it usually goes away. But she gave me some exercises to strech my back. The stretches didn't help and the pain has moved from my lower back to my testicles and sometimes my knees. When I poke around on my back there is no tender spot and it only hurts when I move my lower back like when I bend over. My testicles have a dull ache in them and are not tender to the touch at all. Upon inspecting them I found no lumps and nothing wrong with them.

What fits these symptoms?

I'm not a doctor, but I have a lot of back issues and it sounds like it could be something putting pressure on the nerves in your low back to me. I would go back to my pcp and ask her to order an MRI of that area - there are so many things it could be. Sometimes doctors blow things off and we patients have to be persistent. Good luck.
