lumbar stenosis and sciatica pain

lumbar  stenosis this is accompanied by sciatica after left hip partial replacement., this has been going on since last April. Will it ever heal?

Hi there!

If the pain is due to compression of the neural structures it is unlikely to heal on its own, while inflammatory type of pain may get better with time. I would suggest considering an evaluation by an orthopedician at this time. After a cause is identified, it can be managed accordingly.

in constant pain aand can not walk without assistance. Any ideas?
