i have upper left and right pain inside my back with slight breathlessness im a smoker 29 years old.. ive seen my doctor she didnt examine me to well. before this i had a cough for nearly ten weeks my doctor said it could be a chest infection but wasnt to sure im really worried about this as my cough has gone but the breathlesness has started and these dull pains in my upper left and right of my back
