Have had second nerve block.Still no help.

Thanks, go back at end of the month.I waited 2 years after i got hurt for surgery,saw to many people when i was at the mines have bad results.This was my worst fear,at 49 to young to not be able to do what i use to do.I will talk to my DR. about it when I go back.Just cant understand why I hurt as bad or worse now then before,legs are starting to give out just like before surgery.

deg, I had blocks for a couple of years - they helped some for a while, but then quit working. I now have a SCS (spinal cord stimulator) that helps the pain in my neck a LOT. I am getting about 90% relief in that area - that is probably unusual. I think most people get less, but still I've heard a lot of good responses. You might talk to your doctor about the spinal cord stimulator to see if it is an option for you. If so, you'll have to do a trial first anyhow to see if it helps. Good luck.
