mild chronic bulges of intervertebral disc are present at L2-3,L4-5 and L5-SI
Avatar_m_tn
Bulging discs occur when the small round cushions between the vertebrae deteriorate. Usually the disk becomes weak and flattens, allowing it to protrude from the spinal column. Almost everyone will experience bulging of the discs during their lifetime because it is part of the aging process. Many times the bulging discs do not cause pain, other times they push on nerve roots in the back and cause pain in the back, hips, legs or arms.

Try to create an exercise routine that strengthens your core muscles.  It will help support your back. Consult a physician or a physical therapist for proper guidance. Take care!
