settlement estimate for back injury?

I was curious to know if anyone could give me an estimate for closing a case on a back injury. I am currently suing my employer for deying me medical attention because they didnt want to take responsibility. They finally budge and gave up and i received my MRI now im curious to see how much i could win an estimate. Im 25 never had back injuries. It has affected my life in the sense i might not work in labor again. the results are.
1. There is straightening of normal lordotic curvature, usually secondary to muscular spasm
2 there is a 1.5mm central posteror disk protrusion at T-11-T12level indenting the anterior aspect of the thecal sac.
3 there is a 1.5mm boad based posterior disk bulge at L3-L4 level indenting the anterior aspect of the tecal sac
4 there is disk desiccation at L4-L5 level. There is a 3.5mm broad based posterior disk protrusion causing pressure over the anterior aspect of the thecal sac and encroaching into the right subarticular gutter
5 There is a moderate degree of central stenosis at L5-S1 level secondary to a broad based asymmetric posterior disk protrusion, which at its maximum on the left side measure about 10mm and is causing pressure over the interior aspect of the thecal sac as well as both S1 nerve roots more prominent on the left side

This question cannot be answered here.

Assigning blame for your lumbar spine disease is a matter for disability and workers compensation courts, attorneys, judges, medical witnesses, etc. They are the people that can perhaps find fault and compensation.

Remember, I say perhaps. These kind of signs can happen naturally as a result of spine disease.

If you believe you have a case, consult a personal injury attorney.

Seek treatment for your spine injuries.

there is a secret database of such settlements available to attorneys by paid subscription. If you know an attorney they might help you.  Invariably, there is a clause forbidding the individual from disclosing the amount of the settlement.
