I guess I'm in a similar situation. My MRI states the following:
"Dorsal bulge of D2-3 disc mildly compressing the thecal sac.
Schmorl's nodes from D8 to L4 level."
I'm the same as you and thus all the doctors I have consulted don't take the symptoms seriously.
My symptoms are:
All my joints hurt, get tired easily, shooting pains along the legs and arms, The thoracic region of the spine pains a lot, etc.
Please let me know if you come across any solution.
