what does my MRI mean

This is what my report read.  I was working at the hosp. myself and now I have been fired because i hurt my back. What exactly does this MRI mean??? Please help           (1)  At C4-C5 there is a small central disk protrusion causing effacement of the ventral subarachnoid space with flattening of the ventral aspect of the spinal cord w/o cord compression. (2)  At c5-c6 minimal disk bulge  (3) At c6-c7 mild disk bulge               Opinion: Degenerative disk disease from c4 through c6 with central disk protrusion at C4-C5 as described

Can someone please tell me what does my MRI mean?

EXAM: MR C-SPINE WITHOUT CONTRAST

EXAM DATE: 9/27/2013

COMPARISON: None.

INDICATION:

Increasing neck pain. Radiation to trapezius muscle region.

TECHNIQUE:

T1, T2, and fat suppressed sagittal and T1 and T2 weighted transaxial
images.

FINDINGS:

There is nothing to suggest paraspinal mass, fracture, or intrinsic
cord abnormality. Limited sagittal views of the posterior fossa are
within normal limits.

There is no evidence of significant disc pathology other than very
minor left lateral disc spur complex T1-2, without foraminal or cord
compromise.

CONCLUSION:

MINOR LEFT T1-2 SPUR WITHOUT FORAMINAL OR CORD COMPROMISE.
UNREMARKABLE MR OF THE SKULL BASE AND CERVICAL SPINE.
