Usually people come here for help, so that they don't have to or can't afford a doctor, so I get you probably don't want to hear this.
From what you are saying you have, it's time to see a doctor. I am sorry I am not more help, it's more that because of what you are saying your symptoms of, you should see a doctor. IF it was anything serious, it's better to get it as soon as possible, but I am not saying it is serious so no reason to freak out.
