What is pseudosacralization?

My xray report says pseudosacralization of L5 on the right.  I can find sacralization, but not pseudosacralization.  Anyone know what they mean by that?

I wonder if the radiologist meant that there was pseudoarticulation of a sacralization of L5.  You might want to get it clarified by the doctor who ordered the xray?
