C7 fracture

I HAD A C7 fracture about 3 years ago and now I'm having the symptoms of Cubital tunnel syndrome. What I would like to know is it possible that a 3 year old c7 fracture cause Cubital tunnel syndrome later on.

The ulnar nerve originates from the C8-T1 nerve roots (and occasionally carries C7 fibres) which form part of the medial cord of the brachial plexus, and descends on the posteromedial aspect of the humerus.

I supposed it is possible that these symptoms could be coming from your neck. However an EMG would be able to pin point exactly the problem is.
