I don't know what to do, please help?

I have been diagnosed with Osteoporosis, a Herniated Disk, 4 bulging disks, and Sciatica. I have been to many doctors, that tell me just to learn to live with it! There must be an answer, can anyone help?
I also have Lupus, Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, and Depression.
There are days that I have a hard time walking, I can no longer do the food shopping, or cook dinner.
I have tried Cymbalta, but had to stop taking it because it raised my blood pressure.
I live in New Jersey, and I can't find any support groups near me.
I would appreciate any and all suggestions.

That is certainly not my experience. They continue to get worse regardless of what I do.
I have 2 herniated discs and scoliosis, I had bi-lateral decompression/fusion of my L4/L4/S1 in 2008.
Yes, I have pain everyday now due to osteoarthritis.  You can pretty much take your money to the bank, that if you have any type of bone surgery you will develop some level of osteoarthritis.  However, the pain I lived with since is completely different.
I do not walk hunched over or twisted in two.  However, surgery/no surgery has to be up to you. Do as much research as you can/pros and cons and at least a second if not a third opinion.  That way, when you do decide what you are going to do, it is extremely well informed and you will hopefully not be blind sided.
I wish you all the best and will be praying for you.

Omg. Hope you get better. I dont suggest surgery becuse after a hwile the pain will just come back worse then ever. My mom was diagionsed with a bulding disc which is putting pressure on ehr nerve and her whole lef hurts. Plz stop worrying and get rid of your depression that just makes the pain worse when u stress. Have u tried anti inflammtory drugs>? IF you have a lot of stress go to a massage or phyisotherpy because gettting rid of that will make the pain less. Dont let the doctors scare u It takes time to get better. You need to start walking and stay active and do exceirses that will make it better. IF your pain forces you to rest plz limit it. Try this excerise and tell me how it feels. Lie down and bend your injured leg towards your chest. leave it there for a minute or more and see how that feels do it every day. And a really good excerise for scitiatica and to lie down and use your hands to push u up a bit but dont lift your body except ur chest from the ground. IF the pain is down the leg then see if when you do this excerise the pain from the farthest part of your lower back goes up to the thigh or buttock. If it centrelizes then that means its true sciaitica. What other symptoms do you have? Hope you get better. Usually a bulding disc or herniated disc gets better on its own after a few days or 4-6 weeks if you take good care of it.
