Doctor's bad handwriting - please help

I went to see the doctor for a painful lump in my left lower back.
English is not my first language.
Therefore, I asked the doctor to write down her diagnosis so that I could look it up at home.
However, I found out how bad her handwriting is only when I got home.
(I was not surprised but saddened, as she was pretty careless.)
It would take one week to book another appointment with my GP.
Could somebody be so kind and have a look at her note?
I already tried my best to figure out a part of it.
Thank you in advance!

Sorry that's probably what SHE meant to write! Look it up on google and see if it sounds like the thing you have...

I'd say he's talking about a "back mouse"... a guy called Copeman researched it... The "back mouse" is a tender, fibrous, fatty subcutaneous nodule found in the lumbosacral area in up to 16% of people....

----Thanks for your hint!
Actually, she did look up one word in her computer & no result came out.
I can now recall the word which is "Kopermax".

However, I found nothing about "Kopermax" or anything similar through google.
So I decided to believe that she misspelt whatever she wanted to write.

thanks to zara1825 too
