Michigan whiplash accident

I was injured in a rear end collision. Because of the "no-fault" law in Michigan, it's unclear whether I have a case. I have had and continue to go to physical therapy. I work, but my strength in one arm is diminished and I don't sleep well. I don't have the energy and quality of life I had before the accident, and the doctor has diagnosed spondylosis, which may have been there but was triggered and accelerated by the impact. I have had two MRI's and have seen multiple doctors. I am in daily pain, significantly more than an otherwise healthy 42 year old should be. Anyone have a case similar that can give me some hope of relief and/or compensation?

It's a crummy deal. Keep visiting doctor's and complaining of pain, even if you don't have any. That is called "evidence". These things generally get worser after eight to twelve months.  Yes, there can be healing. Give it time. You need intermittant axial traction three to nine minutes in duration, several times a day. NOT a cervical collar. The absolute WRONG medical advice. You rapidly lose muscle tone and end up on the road where you don't want to be,. Keep well-hydrated. After eight weeks move through the limits of pain. Get a foam cushion to sit on when on the bus or train. The up and down on the hard seat will agravate the pain. Transdermal lidocaine (prescription) patches no longer than twelve hours a day for a few weeks initially. Then topical DSMO cream (never full concentrate).
