LOWER BACK AND NECK PAIN

Hello,
My boy has alot of neck and lower back pain. He says they pop out of place easy  and hurt untill they pop back into place. I have noticed that is back is oddly shaped, he has hunched looking shoulders, and towards the lower part of his back is spine curves way out to one side. Also when is lower back go's out it looks really crooked to one side, like swollen or something. I was just wondering, if this could be a slipped disk or dural ectasia ?

This sounds pretty similar to my case. I don't have a degree of corse but Have you seen a a professional? Because it sort of sounds like spinal scoliosis.
