2 months after back fuslon

I had a lower lumber back fusion with a cage done September 4- 2012 and the cage slide back in to my sciatic nerve, then on December 11th 2012 the Dr. went back in for the 2nd surgery to remove the cage and I have been having mayor probloms, I have pain just trying to pee. I have numbness in my butt right leg and also my penis, trouble urinating and bowel movements but its not that i'm constipated i can't feel to make myself go to the bathroom.
Can someone tell me what to get done to help this problom fixed

Well, without a detailed clinical evaluation it would be difficult to determine the cause of your symptoms. Possibilities that may need to be considered include GU infections, inflammations, neuro-muscular causes, growths/ masses, neurological causes related to the spine such as pressure on the nerves etc. With the description this sounds more like local GU issues. I would suggest considering a detailed evaluation by an internist initially and depending on the cause diagnosed/ suspected, it can be managed accordingly or specialist care may be sought.
