Lower Back Pain Curvtry of the Spine & Knotted Muscles?

I'm 17 and get lower back pain im male, i do loads of road cycling i get it starting from the lower left then it moves all over in the lower back I get pain also sitting at the computer.

I've been to physio and they told me my spine isn't in place properly so he gave me stretches to eventually put it in place and other exercises to work on my lower back/core and abductors. I have to try learn to relax my upper body when riding so them exercises try help me do that. I do all the exercises, have done for 2 months but i still get pain, and the pain is the same as last time before i didn't get checked out. My mum and nan have curvetry of the spine and i follow them from it. Physio also told me I have knotted muscles. The pain i feel is a burning feel - Inflammatory pain and it does start to slow me down when I ride which isn't good

Does anyone expierance the same thing as me?

My nan gave me some cream it put heat in my back like it was burning the same thing I feel when I'm riding so I guess I have to use ice?

What do you lot suggest i can do? I really do need some quick cure. But there properly isn't.

Thanks.

Sam

You should really see a doctor. Have you had xrays or an MRI? Burning pain could be nerve pain or muscle pain. I'm guessing muscle pain from cycling. I also ride and sit in front of a computer all day for my job and that's when my pain is the worst. Have you tried taking something like Advil? That could help inflammation if it's muscular.
