Sorry about your condition.
Can I suggest swimming, swimming and more swimming.
After back surgery in December, I was back in the pool after 2 weeks. This is my rehab, and I hate swimming but it feels great afterwards.
I was wishing for sympathy from others TBH, but feeling fortunate all went well for the operation and proud of my scar. Then something happened that puts it all in perspective, which is seeing someone worse off than yourself out there coping or doing it.
One day at the pool, I was getting changed in the dressing room and some Ukranian special olympian swimmers came in. The guy beside me was in a wheelchair, his spine shape did not look good at all and when he took off his shirt, his back was covered in scars, maybe 7 or 8, from different spine operations from top to bottom, left & right.
I hope this story helps
Sounds like u would test positive for a "straight leg raise". U could have some sort of compressed nerve causing ur leg symptoms. I hope u can get it taken care of radiculopathy in the legs are awful.
