Hello I really need help on this I have been having back, hip and pain in buttocks with numbness down my lower right side from my waist down.

L3-4 Preserved intervertabral disc height and hydration, no substantial endplate spondylosis, noncompressive circumferential posterior annular disc bulge mearsuring less than 2mm (AP), without central canal or subarticular recess stenosis. No facet arthropathy. Patent neural foramina.

L4-5 Preserved intervertabral disc height and hydration, no substantial endplate spondylosis, mild posterior annular disc bulging measuring up to 2mm (AP), no significant facet arthropathy, mild effacement of the ventral thecal sac, mild thecal sac narrowing to 9mm sagittally in conjunction with preserved posterior epidural fat, and with disc/bone material possibly abutting, without displacing, the decending L5 nerve roots. Patent neural foramina.

L5-S1Preserved intervertebral disc height and hydraition at this transitional lumboscaral segment which demonstrates pseudoarthrosis of a prominent left L% transverse process with the superior left aspect of S1 with minimal hypertrophi change (cornal T2 series 2, image 6-7). No posterior disc bulge/herniation or central canal, subartricular recess, or foraminal stenosis.

L3-4 noncompressice annular disc bulging

L5-5 with mild annular disc bulging thecal sac narrowing in conjuction with preserved posterior epidural fat. Disc/bone material may iminge upon the decending L5 nerve roots.

L5-S1 with transitional lumbosacral segment, and pseudoatriculation of the left aspect of L5 with S1. No disc bulge.herniation or central canal or forminal stenosis.

I had bulges at L3,4,5 and S1.  I had your symptoms, among others, and agree with Kalvin.  Good luck.

They think that there might be disc/bone material impinging (crowding, touching) your L5 nerve root as a result of the mild posterior disc bulge that you have at L4-5. It kind of fits with your symptoms.

Do a search on the net for L5 Radiculopathy
