Good day, I have been having back pain for the last week or so... it started after I started an excersize program although I am not doing anything I have not done before... I am a 27 year old Male 6,2 and 200 Pounds i am a bit over weight but usually that only affected lower back pain while playing squash or other sports and as soon as I would lose a few pounds that lower back pain would go away. Anyway since the last week after sleeping 6-7 hours I wake up with sharp pain in my back just below my shoulder blades sometimes it is only on side but once it comes no matter what position I lay in, on my side, on my back or on my stomach it is still there. It goes as soon as I wake up I go to the gym at 630 and it doesnt affect my weight work outs but i am jsut concerned. I would go to a chiropractor for it but I work in Nigeria and am not returning stateside for another few months and there are not any chiropractors here. If you have any advice or tips I would reall appreciate. Thanks
