Lower Back Injury

I recently sprained my back but I'm not sure when I did it.  I'd like to know how long it takes before symptoms develop.  I bought a new triathlon bike and rode 12 miles on it on a Tuesday morning.  I felt fine all day and even went for a short run that night.  The next morning, Tuesday, I still felt fine.  Sometime around 10AM, 26 hours after my bike ride, I began to feel sore in my lower back.  I've had this before when I lift something heavy the incorrect way.  I'm wondering if I probably sprained it Tuesday morning playing with my 3 year old or if I could have sprained it and not felt symptoms for 26 hours.

It's really important because I'm hesitant to ride my new bike again.  It was fitted to me by a professional and now I'm having doubts.

Thanks,
Dan

Don't have doubts...you rode a a long way on a bike you are not used too and probably used muscles that you havn't used. Take it easy next time and break your new bike in with a shorter ride.
