Stiff Neck, Lightheadedness, Weak.

I frequently get light headed, dull pain at the stem of my head, stiff neck, when rotating my head to left-left side of neck hurt more, when rotating my head to right-right side of neck hurt more. Not frequently but at times I get a sharp pain in my chest and another part of my body, leg or abdomen, for a microsecond. Find it difficult to concentrate at times, weak at times, when feel weak I feel like my heart is racing, however when I time my heartbeat it is normal, weird as this sounds I get the sensation like my body is vibrating, also feel weak in muscles-the feeling is same as when you have not eaten for too long of time but it goes away on its own. I work out regularly and vigorously, am overweight by 18lbs, do yard work. Had numerous doctors visits and blood work.
