Tinnitus, Rapid Heart Rate after Atlas Adjustment

22yr old male. Its been over a month since my first Atlas Adjustment and it appears to have triggered Tinnitus in my right ear and rapid heart rate (resting-85-95 and after mild activity such as  standing or walking-120+) Please help!

How it started/ more details:

- Went to Chiropractor day after Thanksgiving 2010 and got an Atlas Adjustment. (my first time, going. I went just for minor back pain and balance issues.

- Two hours after the adjustment I had severe stomach pain and started having diharrea that lasted two days along with vomiting.
I went to the ER and was told it's not related to chiropractor and it's just a stomach flu. EKG. Ultra Sound, Chest Xray, urine and blood tests were all clear.

-Couple days later my stomach problem was completely fine but I noticed a high pitched ringing in my right ear.  ENT said it's probably Labyrinthitis (inner ear inflammation) and could take several months to go away.

- More recently I have been having problems with my heart rate. My resting heart rate used to be 68-73 and now it's 85-95. Is this stress? I have been kinda stressed about the tinnitus wondering if it's from ringing in ear. Even speaking/talking will make me feel out of breath/ elevated HR along with

- I went to the chiropractor again and he performed an Xray to compare my pre and post adjustment and said my Atlas was perfectly aligned.

- is it possible that the Atlas Adjustment is triggering panic attacks-sending false signals to my brain? Also what's up with the Tinnitus?

Please help!!! I can barely function at my internship because of rapid Heart Rate.
