Back pain or kidney/ulcer, left side pain under rib. Can't find diagnosis. (long read)

I am going to go into detail of everything that happened, I'm sure a lot of the symptoms are probably unrelated.

This all started 5 weeks ago, I had just finished a night of heavy drinking and had an ibuprofen. The next day I woke up, felt ok.. but later in the day my left side testicle kind of ached. It wasn't that bad at all, but I noticed it. Well, I had a wedding to go to so I ended up drinking again that night (I usually don't drink this much, didn't really feel up to it either.) Well the next day, I woke up to my vein in my left testicle that was completely enlarged. Also when I tried bend over to try to pick something up there would be a slight ache in my left side. 4 days had passed and the swollen vein subsided, but the side pain wouldn't go away, so I went to the er. They did a ct scan and "think" they found a 2mm kidney stone, but also thought it might be a "calcium deposit." Well, I started drinking a lot of water, and over the course of a few weeks the pain started to change. A large muscle began to bulge out on the left side of my back, closest to my spine.. also if I would press deep inside my left flank area, I could feel a sore tenderness. My left rib has started to become sore underneath, and just last week I started to feel a sensation of nausea coming from the left side, sometimes right (intermittent, every few days). My urologist had been saying the stone was still in the kidney and would not be causing these symptoms. What suprised me was my kidney ultrasound yesterday came back normal, no stone.. yet the strange aches persist and I have not passed a stone in my urine. Also, many veins have been appearing in my scrotum (purple and red small veins.) the urologist says these are normal, but I definitely did not have these before the incident. I've been drinking a lot of water, no alcohol. I did have a blood test that showed slightly elevated liver ALT enzyme of 71, but the doctor says its not bad and shouldn't be causing these symptoms. A few days ago after massaging the slight bulge in my back (most doctors think its a muscle) the ache spread to the right side (for about a day) but then disappeared. I can only describe the side pain as a sort of nausea, and uncomfortable feeling under my rib. It is almost impossible to find anything that matches all of these symptoms. I am having an h pylori test, and possibly an upper endoscopy next week. Does anyone have any ideas of what could be causing this, I am only 27 and have next been sick for this long.

Other symptoms worth mentioning are a slightly softer stool for the last month, it is usually the same tan color.. but also normal brown at times. Always soft though.  Every once in a while, every few days I will get a slight pins and needles sensation, almost like my body wants to break out in a rash (if that makes any sense) but never does.  I will post results for h pylori, already had pancreas test, was ok. Any input would be appreciated!

6 years later figured it out. I have an alcohol intolerance and get problems 2 days after drinking, and I also can't handle caffiene as well as I thought I could. It took a months to get better after kicking both.

Also the back muscle I was talking about had always been like that. I was just very anxious when I posted this and was all over the place. If I could do it again I would have cut out the alcohol and caffeine for a month immediately and wait and see.
