could it be cuased by back pain

I have always had a real bad back.  5 years ago i fractured the lower spine but started to feel better.  It has given me too much pain until recently and i have other symptoms now that im concerned be caused by this.  I have been feeling some real strange aching pain in my testicles.  It started in my right testicle and is now causing pain in my left testicle.  Its not a constant pain but can get bad.  I also feel some tightness and aching in my groin area.  Could this be cuased by back pain or do testicles have no relation to your lowr back?

ok great thanks for the help...i really hope thats the case and not something more serious. im going to a urologist soon so hopefully i can get another opinion

Yes,they are linked, it's conductible pain due to bad back.Don't too worry,treat your back pain first...take care!
