got my date for my forminotomy now 8th dec, very happy in one way cos pain and symptoms getting worse day by day its my c6&c7 involved my doc told me all last week. I dont know if its just my mind playin tricks but am now getting pins & needles and deadness in my feet just seems odd, the pain is getting much worse and my neck movement is some days sooo bad i cant even park the car unless its a big big space and then i still have probs. i just hope this op can sort it all out. any info is greatly received, trying everything from relaxing tech, hot showers baths ect. but nothing worknig, my doc offered me temagesic  ??? but on strong painkillers Remedine (strongest dose) and other meds to try and help but dont want anymore, I also have fibromyalgia and blood pressure, watch my weight ( go to weightwatchers) so cant do anymore just fed up now but hoping for a good result with this op. to start a goog 2009

also having same procedure in nov and wondering exactly the same as you will you pass on any info you get ? was also wondering how common this procedure is. ? will be gratefull for any info.

am also having a forminotomy like you, Did you get any feedback i wanted to know the same results ? pain level post op and recovery time will you let me know how you go ? am having mine in november and hoping I will be ok for christmas. good luck.
