Thank you for your reply but since I posted on this forum I have been experiencing tingling in my feet, lower legs, arms and hands. It doesn't matter if I'm lying down or sitting up, it is constant. Walking helps relieve it but walking feels as if I'm walking on pins and needles right below the toes. I did have the shingles in March of this yr on my left lower back. Can the shingles or my T8-t9 nerve irritation cause this tingling and prickling sensations?
Hi!
I am sorry to hear about your medical problems. You may probably need another MRI (if that is possible after the hardware put in) and may be a nerve conduction study to look into which nerves are compressed.
Apart from physiotherapy, other options are TENS, traction, spinal manipulation, epidural injection, especially designed corsets, pain medications etc.
Please consult your doctor regarding this. Take care!
