loer back pain after sleeping

I feel this horrible lower back pain that wakes me up and doesnt let me move. To be able to move I have to wiggle my back side to side very slowly till I feel a little better and to get rid of the pain I have to turn to my side and then the pain goes away. If i dont wiggle I cant turn to my back. The pain only hits me when im on my back asleep. the whole day im fine, but at night i wake up mabey 2 to 3 times with the same pain. It kinda feel like a vain is twisted or somthing like that but worse.

It may be the position you are sleeping in is placing too much pressure on your spine. Some people have more of an arched back posture and if they lay on their stomach, this can happen and they wake up stiff, painful and sore. If you can try sleeping in another position do so and if you are sleeping on your back, try and elevate your knees so they are bent at a 90 degree angle (almost like you are in a seated position while laying down).

I have a similiar pain, but mine is arthritis. I've had an MRI and found out that it was something that I have to live with. I try to sleep on my side, but sometimes it's so bad, that I get up and sleep in a recliner chair. Good luck to you!
