lower back and deep hip pain

Hi, I am 48 and as a baby I was born with a birth defect.  My hips were displaced and my feet were turn in toe to toe, and I was to one side. Now I am having sever lower back pain that is constant and I will sit for a few minutes and get so stiff that it take a few minutes of walk before I can stand straight up.  I also am experiencing a pinching sensation deep in each hip that feels like it is where my thigh bone joins in to the torso and also If I sit for very long it starts cramping and hurting in the bens of my legs at the hips. My question is, does any one experience this or something like this and maybe know what is going on with me I hurt so bad.

Have you been to a Dr for any testing yet? If not, you really need to. There could be a few things going on like your sciatic nerve to arthritis. You may need special shoes or inserts for your shoes to level your posture out. Only your Dr can say for sure.    Remar

Your very welcome. The kind of Dr you need to see for your feet is a Podiatrist. I do think inserts or special shoes would make a big difference. And I also agree with the above poster about seeing a Chiropractor.     Remar
